Regarding Solicitation USDA-APFO-11-06, is there an incumbent small-business contractor supporting the APFO's EarthWhere Data Provisioning System or other systems related to the APFO Online Order Entry Software requirement? -- Yes, there is one supporting the EarthWhere Data Provisioning System. 2. If yes, is this contractor eligible to bid on the APFO Online Order Entry Software RFP? -- Maybe - It depends on whether that contractor is considered a small business under the appropriate NAICS Code. 3. Deadline for submission on Sep 15 (e.g. 4:00 PM)? -- Hard copy due: Sept. 15th, Close of business, which is 4:30 PM mountain daylight time. 4. Format for hard copy submission?
