- This amendment to the solicitation is requiring the copier paper to be at least 30% recycled postconsumer materials. The bids must also be a firm fixed price for all shipments. Description: Copier paper, white, 92 brightness, 20 lb., 8 1/2" x 11", 500 sheets per ream, and 10 reams per box. (5,000 boxes). Delivery: Delivery will be made in quarterly deliveries of 1,250 boxes for a total of 5,000 boxes. NOTICE TO OFFERORS 1. Vendors shall submit the following: a signed SF-1449 or detailed quote, and a completed copy of FAR clause 52.212-3. You will be considered non-responsive if your firm is not registered in CCR. 2. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for service disabled veteran owned small business under NAICS 424120 with a size standard of 500 employees. 3. Offeror must complete all items listed under Clause 52.212-3, entitled - Offeror Representations and Certifications or register online at www.orca.gov - Commercial items. Offerors must register in CCR prior to responding to this request for proposal. Register at www.ccr.gov 4. Special Shipping Instructions: if copier paper is shipped in pallets, all pallets should be delivered in pallet sizes of 48" X 40" with the true fork side being the 48" side. The freight shall not exceed 60" in height, which includes the pallet. This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Records relating to appeals under the disputes clause or to litigation or the settlement of claims arising under or relating to this contract shall be made available until such appeals, litigation, or claims are finally resolved. (3) As used in this clause, records include books, documents, accounting procedures and practices, and other data, regardless of type and regardless of form.
