- This notice serves as formal public announcement that the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the subject competition is posted for comment. This is not a request for proposals. For comments regarding the draft PWS to be considered the comments must be in writing and submitted to Carl R. Culham, Contracting Officer, 2517 S.W. Hailey Avenue, Pendleton, OR 97801, cculham@fs.fed.us AND RECEIVED BY NOT LATER THAN CLOSE OF BUSINESS (1630 hrs), Wednesday October 11, 2006. Formal announcement of the this competition was made on June 29, 2006 with the following details of intent to conduct a Competitive Sourcing Study in accordance with OMB Circular A-76 (rev 5/29/2003). Details as follows: Description of Activity: Communication functions involving web posting and photography. Number of government personnel performing the activity: 133 FTE Formal solicitation of the work represented by the Draft PWS is expected to be issued in late October, 2006.
