Cost Center Termite Fumigation Services Contract POC: Mike Kucynda / Cathy O?Brien, Contracting Office, Ph.:805 736-4154 exts. 856 / 712 , Fax: 805 737-3462 This procurement is being advertised under NAICS code 561710. The FCC Lompoc is soliciting for the Termite Fumigation Services. The Government will provide as many vacant houses as possible for the initial start-up. After that period the owner will in conjunction, with the Contractor, provide as many homes as possible in as close proximity to one another as possible. A schedule will be established and the only alteration or change to the schedule will be when a home is vacated for the benefit of the agency. There should be 65 remaining homes and they consist of single, duplex and quadri-plex configuration. It would be advantageous for any contractor interested to make a site visit. The agency reserves the right to make changes to the schedule due to unforseen circumstances; however; the agency will make every effort to keep as closely to the original schedule so as not to inconvenience the Contractor. The Contractor will be allowed three days per residence. The reason for this type time table is because the Government will not incur the cost of providing per diem and hotel accommodations for staff and families who will be temporarily displaced. They will, however, provide a temporary residence for the three days while the Fumigation lasts. The Termite Fumigation service is for the Federal Correctional Complex, Staff Housing Area, Facilities Dept., 3901 Klein Blvd., Lompoc, CA. 93436. All responsible bidders will be considered. Anticipated Award date for RFQ # 0185-F is 10/06/06. All RFQ Bids/Quotes, must be received by this office at Destination pricing, with shipping charges/freight inclusive (if applicable). This solicitation includes the clause at FAR 52.406-7, Central Contractor Registration (CCR); and Clause 52.232-33, requiring all contractors doing business with the Federal Government after September 30, 2003, to be registered in the CCR database. Offerors need to include their DUNS number in their offers. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. Faith-Base and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
