Description

VISN 1, consisting of eight (8) VA Medical Centers located in New England, requires Milk & Dairy related products in various quantities and locations for a delivery performance period beginning November 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007, with 3 additional option renewal periods. The solicitation package will be available on or about August 31, 2006. NACIS Code for this procurement is 424430. Proposals are due on September 29, 2006 by COB. Award will be made on best value to the Government. Evaluation factors will include delivery, past performance, method of date coding, ordering, and method of invoicing, subcontract arrangements and price. A Firm, Fixed-Price IDIQ contract with the possibility for multiple awards is anticipated.
