- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued, paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This is a commercial solicitation using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in FAR Part 13, soliciatation no. FA4690-06-R-0014 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) on 11 September 2006. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. Color, Day, Night IR Lens (i3-ZJ2605HB) 36 each; UTP Transmitter (40-BNST) 6 each; 16 O/P; 24 VAC; 8A PWR Supply (i3-124A8-P16) 6 each; KVM Switch 2 Position (F1DJ10ZP-B) 6 each; Category 5 350 UL cable (cat5) 50 each; Wire Conduit (400-910GY) i3 DVR End user classroom training (training ? EU) Warranty Labor Hours Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and transporation for installation and intergration of camera system into into Ellsworth AFB video survillance system. The starting date of the contract will be determined upon award of contract with FOB: Destination for delivery to 28 CES , Ellsworth AFB, SD 57706. The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
