- Dyess AFB wishes to Upgrade our Giant Voice System to narrowband. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The selection or a successful contractor will be based on lowest price resulting in Best Value to the Government. The applicable NAICS code is 334290 with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number form Dunn & Bradstreet. Registering may take up to three (3) weeks to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. All responsive small business offerors will be considered by the agency.
