- Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with TESS INC DBA INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEMS for the Air Force Information Warfare Center (AFIWC). Purpose of proposed contract is to provide building alarm maintenance and monitoring/cellular backup services. The incumbent has demonstrated a thorough understanding of the alarm maintenance and monitoring requirements for the past three years. The incumbent is very familiar with all aspents of the program and provide excellent technical support. Incumbent is fully familiar with the architecture, systems software, and configuration of the alarm maintenance and monitoring systems. No other known source is able to provide this service within the time frames necessary. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.
