Description

The 96 Contracting Squadron, 96 CONS/MSCBA at Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract under the authority of FAR 6.302 to Daniel Communications, Inc. 26450 Pollard Road, Daphne, AL 36526 for the Installation of Video Teleconferencing Equipment. This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice is issued as FITEDM6222A1. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334220, with small business standard size of 750 employees. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001, Qty (1) One, Each; Install Video Teleconference Equipment The work to be completed is a modification and update of work previously completed by Daniel Communications, Inc. The customized room control AMX programming code used at that time is owned by Daniels Communications, Inc. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
