Surplus not authorized. Acquisition of this part is controlled by the Qualified Products List (QPL) procedures. Competition for this part is limited to sources which are listed on the QPL or are qualified to be listed on the QPL at the time of award. MIL-PRF-7605 and QPL-7605 as amended are applicable. QPL Sources: Carlton Life Support Systems, Inc. and Avox Systems, Inc. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) in the planned solicitation for the described supplies or services.
