Description: DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Non personal services: Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to perform annual inspection and maintenance of all hoists and hydraulic vehicle lifts at each building on Yokota AB and Tama SA as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
