Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Medical Research Medical Toxicology Branch, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010-5423 has a requirement to acquire a Biomek FXP dual multichannel span-8 robot to perform major ass ays. The purpose is to totally automate assay procedures. The following protein assays shall be performed: LD, Total Protein, GSH, GPX, MPO, GR, LTB4 and Tucker, in addition to a variety of Luminex assays. The offers must be compatible with an existing Beckman Coulter equipment in the customer's laboratory. The items are as follows: CLIN 0001: Biometk FXP dual multichannel span-8, 1 ea; CLIN 0002: Integrated Solution, Class 5 spectramax, 1 ea; CLIN 0003: ELX405 Plate Washer, 1 ea; CLIN 0004: Biomek FX 96-channel disposable tip pipetting head, 1 ea; CLIN 0005: Assy LLS 1x1 Static ALP, 13 ea; CLIN 0006: Biomek FX Disposable Tip Loader ALP, 1 ea; CLIN 0007: Disposable tip hardware kit, 1 kit; ClIN 0008: Fixed tip kit, 1 kit; 0009: Platform Teflon Sheeting, 6 ea; CLIN 0010: Waste (Span-8) ALP, 1 ea; CLIN 0011: Biomek FX cooling/heating ALP single position, 1 ea; CLIN 0012: Orbital shaker ALP, 1 ea; CLIN 0013: Biomek filtration sys w vacuum, 1 ea; CLIN 0014: Project management consultation, 2 days; CLIN 0015 : 24-plate tube rack for Biomek, 4 ea; CLIN 0016: Tube inserts, 11mm (25/case), 4 cases; CLILN 0017:Biomek FX service manual, 1 ea; CLIN 0018: Labor and Installation. Evaluation criteria is lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. FOB IS DESTINATION to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010.
