Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Fort Carson wil l be awarding a Firm Fixed Price Contract for Radon Testing .The award is a 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification system (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541380 with a small business size standard of $11 Milli on. This solicitation will close on September 15, 2006 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Proposals shall reference solicitation #W911RZ06RADON. The Period of performance will be 26 September 2006 to September 25, 2007. Please include pricing for three additional option years. See attached Statement of Work for additional Proposal instructions. Contractor Manpower Reporting Requirement is required. Contractor will report ALL contractor manpower (including subcontractor manpower) required for performance of this contract. The contractor is required to completely fill in all the information in the format using the following web address https://contractormanpower.army.pentagon.mil. For this solicitation, Fort Carson will be awarding the contract based on Best Value. The best value evaluation factors include but are not limited to Price, Delivery Method, Test Result Turn-around Time and Te chnical Qualifications. The Following Far provisions are applicable.
