- In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, the Government intends to award a sole source contract with Billy Azbell Electronics Electronics Inc. (DBA Azbell Electronics), 1813 Speight Ave, Waco, TX 76706-3359 for the installation of the Mobile Video Audio Display Systems (MVADS) for the Current Operations Center, U. S. Army Medical Command HQ, Fort Sam Houston, TX. The systems contain proprietary components and software. The acquisition will be a firm fixed price contract. The NAICS code is 443112 and the a pplicable small business size standard is $8 million. The contract period of performance is estimated to be 9/25/2006 through 11/24/2006. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals.
