Description

Pursuant to Public Law 108-183 Section 308 and Executive Order 13360 we intend to award a contract to Tactical Support Equipment (TSE), Inc. 4039 Barefoot Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306-8254, a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). The contract is for the procurement six (6) total observation systems consisting of three (3) modular packages and twenty (20) total digital cameras with required accessories and capabilities. The vendor will produce non-commercially available systems and adapters to allow for the effective integration and employment of the multiple systems. Under section 308 of PL 108-183, and award less than $ 3 million may be made to a SDVOSB on a sole source basis. This is not a request for proposals. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded.
