Description

The National Park Service (NPS) shall issue a sole source purchase order to Keymaster Technologies International to provide a TRACer III-V Portable Light Element X-ray fluorescence (XRF), which includes: on-board spectral library; spectral peak and spectral match software; vacuum pump w/ nickel hydride batteries; notebook PC with proprietary PXRF sofware; tripod w/lateral arm and mounting brackets; removeable filters; rechargable batteries and AC power supply; instrument stand for desktop applications; one year factory warranty. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, firms or persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting descriptive literature illustrating corporate capabilities to provide the required services. All responses received within 9 days after date of publication of this announcement will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
