- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) 1 year Software maintenance for UGS I-DEAS. This requirement is sole sourced to UGS Corporation, 2000 Eastman Drive, Milford, OH 45150 for proprietary data right. Any firms believing that they can provide the software maintenance may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the software maintenance without causing programmatic hardship.
