- The Contracting Department, Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST), Camp Lejeune, NC intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract for Linen Cleaning Services for the period 1 October 2006 until 30 September 2007 with (4) Option Years. This is a synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 5.207, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice and solicitation. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Offer # M67004-06-R-0001. The solicitation will be posted No Later Than 13 September 2006. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812332. The standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7218. The small business size standard is $13 million. The Defense Priorities and Allocation (DPAS) rating for this requirement is DO-S10. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) for this requirement is S209. Pickup and Delivery of linen will be made to the Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, GA 31704 at the location specified on the award contract. Proposals are due by 12:00 P.M. (EST), on 18 September 2006 at the Contracting Department, MCIEAST, PO Box 8368 (Bldg 1116), Camp Lejeune, NC 28547-8368, Attention: Lisa Coyle.
