- FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. Provide all materials (excluding Government Furnished Material), labor, equipment and transportation required to accomplish the Aid-To-Navigation (ATON) work in accordance with scope of work for the following locations: (1) Aberdeen Reach “K” Front Range – LLNR 15870 & Cowpoint Reach “Gulf” Front Range – LLNR 15810; (2) Charlie Creek Dike Daybeacon 2 – LLNR 15975; (3) Cowpoint Reach “H” Front Range – LLNR 15850; (4) Grays Harbor North Channel LT 51 – LLNR 15840; (5) Grays Harbor North Channel LT “55” – LLNR 15880; (6) Grays Harbor North Channel “C” Front Range – LLNR 15715; (7) Grays Harbor North Channel “D” Front Range – LLNR 15735; (8) Grays Harbor North Channel “E” Rear Range – LLNR 15750; (9) Grays Harbor North Channel “F” Front Range – LLNR 15785; (10) Grays Harbor South Reach “A” Rear Range – LLNR 15615; (11) Grays Harbor South Reach “AA” Front Range – LLNR 15665; (12) Grays Harbor South Reach “AA” Rear Range – LLNR 15670; (13) Grays Harbor South Reach Daybeacon 20 – LLNR 15650; and (14) Point Chehalis Rear Range – LLNR 15585. Work includes building positioning, demolition pile structures, installing safety climbing devices, photograph and survey work. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $500,000 to $1,000,000 (CONSTRUCTION BIDS ONLY). Performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to Small Businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 237990. Small Business size standard is $28.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted solely on this website. This solicitation can be downloaded from (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/) on approximately 30 July 2006. If it does not appear on that date, please check back daily. The date set for receipt of proposals is approximately 22 August 2006. This date is estimated and may change. For security reasons all Coast Guard Drawings are available through the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) which will have a separate link on the FedBizOpps webpage identified as Technical Data Package. Offerors will need to register with FedTeDS and receive a user name and password to be able to download Coast Guard Drawings. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's) The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), offers working capital financing and bonding assistance for transportation related contracts. DHS's Bonding Assistance Program (BAP) offers bid, performance and payment bonds on contracts up to $1,000,000. DHS's Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers lines of credit to finance accounts receivable. Maximum line of credit is $500,000.00 with interest at the prime rate.
