The switch must provide a built-in scripting language that implements a subset of Microsoft Visual Basic syntax, including looping constructs and the ability to write user-defined subroutines and functions. Radio and telephone interface circuitry are individually enclosed in rigid metal cases for durability and protection against ESD, and are hot swappable through a non-volatile database system found on each module. The switch must consume no more than 12 watts of power during normal operation. Items that will be procured are (6 each) FA1200-101, Infinimux G4 Portable (Basic Model).
