Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for 100 Kyocera KRI mobile wireless routers, model TXRTR1000 and 100 Kyocera KPC-650 Aircards with activation fees included. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation requirement. The reference number is 670120001197. No substitutions are allowed. Note that the system requested must be used with existing Kyocera equipment on a Verizon system. Award will be made on an all or none basis to the vendor meeting all quantities above at the lowest price and best delivery terms. This is a commercial item prepared using commercial item procedures in FAR Part 12. The following provisions and clauses are incorporated by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders?Commercial Items.
