Description: MacDill AFB intends to award a sole source contract to AudioCARE Systems. AudioCARE maintenance and support services shall provide comprehensive software maintenance, technical support for the AudioCARE Server, and customer service for all installed AudioCARE Systems applications. AudioCARE provides all the required hardware for the telephony and core web applications. Therefore, all components of the AudioCARE systems are covered under this Agreement. All software patches required to keep the AudioCARE applications operational are provided as part of this agreement.
