Description

The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with BIOCOUSTICS INSTRUMENTS, INC. for AudBase Audiometric Software, Installation and Training for Army Hospitals within the South East Region. This is an Aud iology Database Management System compatible with AHLTA. The authority for this non-competitive award is Section 4202 Clinger Cohen Act of 1996. Interested concerns may identify their interest and submit a capability statement that demonstrates their ab ility to provide the required software, installation and training. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available; therefore, request for such documents will be considered invalid responses. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Inquiries must be in writing. All questions should be directed to Marcia Fultz, Contract Specialist, marcia.fultz@us.army.mil. Response due date 21 Se ptember 2006. If no afirmative responses are received by 2:00 pm on 21 September 2006, the Contracting officer will proceed to issue a contract to Biocoustics Instruments, Inc. The NAICS code is 511210.
