Description

Pursuant to Public Law 108-183 Section 308 and Executive Order 13360 we intend to award a contract to Agora Communications Group, Inc. 2350 West Packard St., Appleton, WI 54914, a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). The contract is for the procurement of two (2) immersive video reconnaissance systems. The contractor will provide staff support, prototype development, and required equipment purchases to form and operate the low profile immersive video collection system. Under section 308 of PL 108-183, and award less than $ 3 million may be made to a SDVOSB on a sole source basis. This is not a request for proposals. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded.
