- This Combined Solicitation/synopsis incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), current to DCN 20060808. This acquisition is being s olicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) applicable to this acquisition is 423120 with a size standard of 500 employees. All prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contr actor Registration. Offerors may register online at https://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/index.html. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to th e proposal will be the most advantageous to Government based on technical capability to meet the requirement and price.
