Description

Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX, 75507 has a requirement to issue a requirement contract (NO Guarantee quanities) for an estimated quantity of 5000 ea HMMWV powerpack assemblies consisting of: a new 6.5L-detuned engines NSN 2815-01-439-5882 PN# 12460163-3; new Torque Converter NSN 2520-01-164-7234 PN# 08656942; new Transfer 242 HD NSN 2520-01-409-2512 PN# 12447125; new Front & Rear Differentials NSN 2520-01-358-3160 PN# 12342615; new Starter NSN 2920-01-168-7891 PN# 12339360; new Amp Alternator NSN 2920-01-420-9968 PN# 12447109; new 200 AMP Alt Mounting Kit NSN 2920-01-455-1630 PN# 57K3520 and overhauled 3L80 transmissions NSN 2520-01-161-2136 PN# 12339146. The contractor shall provide one complete engine assembly, torque converter, transmission , and transfer case together in a power pack and in a ready to run configuration Remanufactured components must be provided from vendors who are designated by GMC as authorized rebuild centers or vendors that can provide objective evidence that validates t heir rebuild process, parts, testing and service as meeting GMC OEM specifications and authorization standards. All components shall meet OEM new or NMWR/TM remanufactured specifications. The contractor will be provided used core power-pack assemblies, exc hanged on a one-for-one basis, with either 6.2L or 6.5L-detuned engines.
