- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request For Quotation (RFQ), W15P7T-06-Q-D252. This is a Foreign Military Sales acquisition for Thailand, Case Number TH-B-WFW The U.S. Army intends to procure Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) items: Description Quantity AN/PAS-13B (V) Heavy Thermal Weapon Sight 6 each With Bracket mount and consists of the following: Carrying Case Operators Manual 2 each Rechargeable Batteries Lens Cleaning Kit M16 Bracket Contractor Furnished Spares 1 Lot Consisting of the following: Rechargeable Batteries 24 each Battery Charger 5 each Storage Batteries 50 each Video Output Cable (20ft) 6 each Video Mounts 6 each Shipments are to be FOB Origin. Vendor should cont DCMC for shipping instructions. Delivery shall be within 90 days after contract award. Packaging and Packing shall be in accordance with Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging (ASTM D 3951-98). BASIS FOR AWARD: The Government intends to make an award to the Contractor who submits the lowest, responsive quotation, and is deemed acceptable and responsible by the Contracting Officer. The Offerors must submit quotations on the full quantity identified. The Contract ing Officer reserves the right to make no award under this procedure. Therefore, offers are to be received within 10 days of the posting of this COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. The US Army CECOM has established the IBOP website as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Solicitation for Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from CECOM to industry.
