Description

The United States Army Communications  Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) plans to award a new-work modification to Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract Number DAAB07-00-D-N418, as a sole source action to Schiebel Technology, Warrenton, Virginia (USA sales office for Schiebel Elektronische Geraete GMGH, Vienna, Austria), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, One Responsible Source. Schiebel is the actual manufacturer of the item. The Government does not poss ess suitable drawings/material specifications to allow for a competitive solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the Agency. This action will increase the quantity of an existing line item (SLIN 0002AA) to C ontract DAAB07-00-D-N418 by 493 ea Coil Assemblies, NSN# 5950-21-907-1014, P/N# MT5001/30/002, in support of the AN/PSS-12 Mine Detector Set. This line item is being increased to a total quantity of up to an estimated maximum of 2,057 units. Delivery sch edule and other details are to be provided in the delivery order. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
