Description
This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number N4446662362C18 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is One Hundred percent Set-aside for Small Business. NAICS 335311. Require one solid state, freestanding, three phase, 60 kva/48kw DC-AC Invert, which is equal to or better than a NOVA Jupiter- Series model #J60K3/6-240 (120/208). Basic Requirements: -Power input to the inverter will be 210-280 VDC. - The output from the inverter is 120/208 VAC - Physical size of unit not to exceed 44 inches wide, 64 inches high, and 32 inches deep and weight approximately 1,800 pounds. - Complete input to output Galvanic isolation. - High frequency-low noise operation. - Push button starting and stopping. - Diagnostic panel with LCD and LED display. - Soft start on inverter. - Overload and short proof on and inverter. - True on-line operation. -Optional solid state transfer switch built in. -All electronics are built in modular front access and front removable sub assemblies for easy service and maintenance. -FCC class A approved. -Remote isolated dry relay contacts. -Available options to meet military specs, including MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-167, and MIL-STD-810.
