- The General Services Administration is issuing Refresh 4 to Solicitation Number FCXB-F4-020002-B for Schedule 520 - Financial and Business Solutions. This solicitation was originally synopsized on April 1, 2002, under FCXB-F4-020002-N. Resultant contracts will be indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), multiple award schedule (MAS) contracts under the Federal Supply Schedules program. Contracts awarded under this solicitation will have a contract period beginning on the date of award and lasting for five years unless cancelled or terminated. The award also includes three five-year option periods.
