- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a sole source purchase order to MASSTURNPIKE AUTHORITY FAST LANE in Auburn, MA 01501 for the renewal of toll expenses. The proposed purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with MASSTURNPIKE AUTHORITY under 41 U.S.C.23(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for MASSTURNPIKE AUTHORITY FAST LANE. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". The Government anticipates the award on a firm-fixed price purchase order. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date is September 19, 2006 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
