- Requirement Conference rooms, lodging and meals for people attending the Army Recruiting Command Annual Leaders Training Conference during the period 12-19 October 2006 in Hilton Head South Carolina. It is estimated that the requirement for rooms wi ll be as follows: 30 rooms on on 12 and 13 Oct, 155 rooms on 13 Oct, 170 rooms on 14 Oct, 260 rooms on 15 Oct, 275 rooms on 16 Oct, 275 rooms on 17 Oct, 40 rooms on 18 Oct and 25 rooms on 19 Oct. This contract will be awarded on a Best Value basis using the tradeoff source selection process. The appropriate NAICS code is 721110 with a size standard of $6.5M. All responsible sources may submit a proposal(s), which will be considered. The solicitation will be posted on the Fort Knox hompage website at: http ://doc.knox.army.mil on or about 13 Sep 06. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments. No solicitation mai ling list will be compiled. Contractor is responsible for all costs of producing and mailing their proposal. Proposal must be written and submitted in original and mailed to Directorate of Contracting, SFCA-SR-KN Bldg 1109 B, STE 250, 199 6th Ave, Fort Kno x, KY 40121-5720. A faxed copy of your proposal must be faxed to 502/624-2202 no later than 2:00 P.M., local time, 18 Sep 06.
