THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The US Army Engineer District, Kansas City, 700 Federal Building 601 East 12th Street, Kansas City, MO 64106- 2896 Military Branch, intend to negotiate and award a purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to the BSL Building LP, to provide purchase and repairs for fifth teen existing relocatable facilities, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), 10 U.S.C. 2304(d)(1)(B)(i) and FAR 6.302-1.
