The Contractor shall provide a hydraulic tree shear for tree removal. The shear is to mount on the 3-PT hook-up of a John Deere farm tractor, and is capable of clipping off up to 18 INCH diameter tree trunk. There is to be 60 INCH clearance from the back frame to the cutting blade.
