Self-sustaining vessel or tug/barge. LO/LO vessel or tug and RO/RO barge with 30?ton crane. RO/RO vessels/tug barge shall have material handling equipment (MHE) with sufficient capacity to handle the containers without chassis. Other vessels/tug barges shall have a 30-ton fixed or portable crane.
