- This requirement is set aside for small business only. This requirement is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency is soliciting quotes for IT relocation hardware (See Attachment, ?Material list,? dated 28 August 2006). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement issued is BDI060003312. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07. FOB Destination: Defense Threat Reduction Agency, ATTN: Mr. Dick Wesley, BIS, 6200 Mead Road, Fort Belvoir, Virginia 22060-5264. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery date is 20 October 2006. The following provisions apply to this solicitation, 52-212-7000, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS?COMMERCIAL ITEMS; 52-212-1 Instructions to Offerors. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offerors Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, and 252.225-7035 Buy American Act?Free Trade Agreements?Balance of Payments Program Certificate with their quote.
