This hereby amends Solicitation Number SB1341-06-Q-0522 to change the requirement from being 100% set-aside for small businesses to unrestricted. All interested Offerors may submit a quote. The due date for quotes is hereby extended through Friday, September 15, 2006 at 12:00:00pm EST. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
