- Description: See numbered note: 12. 2510-01-533-2941, door, hatch, vehicle, being procured in accordance with AM General (34623) P/N RCSK26115, under FAR Part 13.5 for commercial items. Total quantity required is 174 each going to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and there is also an option for up to 74 additional units. This solicitation is an RFQ and will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfq after the issue date 09/14/06. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and past performance as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is for 74 each to be delivered in 150 days, plus 74 each every 30 days thereafter until complete. A written quotation is required and is to be returned to the buyer at Defense Supply Center Columbus, PO Box 3990, Columbus, OH 43218-3990, ATTN: Sharon Harper, FLBAR, or can be fax to 614-693-1576. In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certification electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement is now appearing in solicitations. The ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Until ORCA is fully implemented continue to comply with all government instruction and requirements in solicitation and contract awards.
