- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Hampton Virginia has a need for the services of an on-site Health Physicists certified by one of the following boards: American Board of Radiology, American Board of Health Physics, or American Board of Medical Physics to provide radiation protection surveys in our Imaging and Nuclear Medicine departments. This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 541690. Size standard is $6M. Contract period will be twelve months from date of award plus four one year renewable option years. The procurement will be conducted utilizing the commercial item procedures of FAR 12 in conjunction with FAR 13. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 14, 2006.
