Description: The Government is seeking the purchase of Renewable Energy Certifications that meet requirements specified below: 45,000,000 kWh any type from wind, solar, geothermal and biomass renewable resource facilities. 45,000,000 kWh from new renewable resources facilities. The renewable source facility must have commenced operation on or after the date of this solicitation which is September 14, 2006. The solicitation annoucement will follow this preselicitation announcement and will provide complete instructions on submitting proposals required by this solicitation. Technical questions will be accepted in writing no-later-than 2 PM, Friday, September 15, 2006.
