Description: The government has intent to make a sole source award to Jones Lang LaSalle, Germany for Build-To-Lease (BTL) services. The contractor will provide consulting and project management services to support USAFE, on BTL work on individual installations, with regional government agencies (if required) to determine the current status of the BTL projects with respect to such items as determination of sites, status on approval procedures, basis of lease payment, existing solicitation, and legal documentation (closing document templates), HRMA revisions and updates, preliminary offeror interest and marketing efforts, in reference with USAFE policies and regulations.
