Description

Office/Warehouse, Secure Parking needed in Glasgow, Montana. The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement to lease approximately 4,250 rentable square feet of office space, 2,000 square feet of contiguous warehouse space, 24,000 square feet of wareyard along with 16 employee parking spaces and 11 visitor parking spaces (including 1 RV space) in Glasgow, Montana. The delineated area includes the city limits of Glasgow and five blocks on either side of U.S. Highway 2 from Skylark Road to Scottie Pride Drive. The proposed sites or buildings must have immediate and easy access to and visibility from principle arterial roads and be serviced by all city services and utilities. They must be zoned for the intended use and cannot be located in the 100-year flood zone. Existing space offered must meet ADA & UFAS guidelines and Fire Safety Standards. The lease term will be fifteen years, ten years firm term.
