- Description
- The Atlantic Test Range (ATR) has an emerging urgent request to provide a signal monitoring capability that will provide an electronic security function during critical classified signature measurement testing. Since the lack of signal monitoring during current signature measurements could allow unauthorized collection to be unknowingly conducted, we have an urgent requirement to fill this gap. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Patuxent River, MD, is the Navy?s premier RDT&E facility for multispectral signature measurements. During dynamic signature measurements, the aircraft under test is vulnerable to unauthorized measurement from covert collection technology. The Request for Quote number is N00421-06-T-0242. This solicitation will be issued electronically and will only be available via the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading the copy of the solicitation package. No paper copies will be furnished. Potentials offerors must register at www.fbo.gov in order to receive notification and / or changes to the solicitation. Offerors are requested to fill in the following: unit price and estimated amount columns in the RFQ, also the time and delivery clause needs to be filled in. Offerors should also review the evaluation paragraph for other information to be submitted for evaluation purposes. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the solicitation.
