- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE MINNEAPOLIS, MN The United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 26,800 square feet of rentable space in Minneapolis, MN. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 23,372 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 26,878 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet, available for use by the Government for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space should be ready for occupancy no later than July 1, 2007. Offered properties must be within the following boundaries of Minneapolis, MN: North: The river & N. Plymouth Ave. South: Interstate 94 East: Interstate 35W West: Interstate 94/Route 52 The offered space must be fully serviced and altered to meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility Standards. The Government requires state of the art LAN networking, and above standard electric supply as well as isolated ground power distribution systems. The offered space must be able to accommodate all usable space on one floor. Parking is required for two (2) vehicles either on site or adjacent to property being offered. Also needed is adequate public transportation within three (3) blocks of property being offered that transports employees to public parking lots. Proposals from brokers or agents should be accompanied by evidence of their authorization to represent the ownership. Expressions of interest should include building name and address.
