Description
VENDORS PLEASE NOTE CLARIFICATION OF DESCRIPTION FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: Line Items 28 and 29: SDR rating: 11 at 160 psi Line Item 30 - Schedule of pipe = 40; Perforation: 4 holes per ring pattern, 5 inches between rings 1/2 inch holes. There is no change in response due date for quotes. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotations No. AG-02NV-S-06-0074. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. The Forest Service intends to install a water tank in a campground on the Salmon-Challis National Forest on or around October 6. The above items are supplies needed for this installation. Delivery: On or before October 6, 2006. Destination: Challis Ranger District, Highway 93, Challis, ID 83226. Contract line item numbers, description, quantities and unit of measure follows.
