- Operational Contracting, US Air Force Academy, intends to award a sole source contract to Dartfish USA Ltd., for procurement of the DarftFish Team Pro Version 4.0 and Dartfish Lanyard. The Site License is for various programs such as Volleyball, fencing, human kinetics, track and Lacrosse. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement before 3:00 PM Mountain Time, 18 Sep 06, to 10 MSG/LGCB, 8110 Industrial Drive Ste 200, USAFA, CO 80840-2315.
