Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as request for proposal No. HC1019-06-R-0002. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Compunetix, Inc., 2420 Mosside Blvd, Monroeville, PA 15146-4236, under the authority of FAR 6.302.
