Description

This is a combined synpsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). 100 Ft Sections of Flexible skirt foam flotation oil boom QTY: (25 EA) 2 inch thick rectangular oil and debris barrier for HARBOR use 1/4" S.S. top cable, 3/8" galvanized ballast chain. 11" flotation and a 25 inch skirt. Made of 22oz PVC fabric. Connectors. Universal standard, ASTM 962 "Z" type. FOB Destination. Closing Date and time for receipt of proposal is September 23, 2006 1:00PM. Offerors are instructed to include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3 (JAN 2005), "OFferors Representatives and Certification--Commerical Items with their quote. 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items (Jan 2004) with the following addenda: FAR 52.204-5 Women Owned Business (Other Than Small Business) (MAY 1999), FAR 52.204-6 Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number, (JUN 1999), FAR 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration (OCT 2003), FAR 212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items (JAN 2005)(a)(b).
