- The VA Medical Center in Cincinnati Ohio intends to negotiate a sole source contract with AESCULAP Instruments, Corp. of Center Valley, PA. for the purchase of VENTRICULOSCOPE instrument sets 1 and 2 as well as abdomen hysterectomy tray 171 and 172 and a vaginal hysterectomy tray. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS Code 339112 and the size standard is 500 employees. AESCULAP Instruments is classified as a small business concern in the United States. No solicitation document is available; however, any firm that believes it has a product that can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within ten (10) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate compliance.
