- The VISN 7 Acquisition Service Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Control Management, Inc. for the upgrade of existing Siemens Energy Management System 600 APOGEE product line for the VA Medical Center located in Columbia, SC., Per certification by Siemens Building Technologies, Inc., Control Management, Inc., is their only authorized dealer in the Columbia, SC area. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code is 238210. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within (ten) 10 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis.
